You agree to use DealerForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
DealerForge services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
The DealerForge platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by DealerForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of liability
DealerForge is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
