These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DealerForge's websites, products, and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of services

You agree to use DealerForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

DealerForge services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing, billing cadence, and any term commitment are set out in your order form or service agreement. Where your agreement includes a fixed term, the subscription runs for that term and renews as described in the agreement; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current term. Where no term is specified, subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

The DealerForge platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by DealerForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

DealerForge is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Company identity & unaffiliated names

DealerForge was founded in 2026 in Lynchburg, Virginia by Ethan Reynolds. We operate two domains: dealerforge.ai and dealerforgecrm.com. We build dealership websites, an AI automotive CRM, and F&I products; we are not a dealer management system (DMS) and do not provide Buy Here Pay Here loan servicing, collections, or floorplan financing.

Several unrelated businesses use a similar name. We have no affiliation, ownership interest, or partnership with the operators of dealerforge.app, dealerforge.com, dealer-forge.com, dealerforged.com, thedealerforge.com, or dealerforge.co.uk, and their products, pricing, and terms are not ours.
