We'll walk your website like you'd walk a trade-in.
Panel by panel, with the dents pointed out. How fast your pages open on a phone, whether anyone can find you, what your vehicle pages are missing, how hard you are to contact, and what your reporting is quietly failing to record. Then we get on a call and walk it with you.

What we grade
Six places a deal quietly dies.
We take the same route your shopper takes — from the search that should surface you to the lead that should land in your CRM — and grade what happens at every stop.
- Stop 01
The find
Before anything else, they have to turn you up at all.
- Where you rank for your own name and your market's terms
- Indexing, titles, meta and heading structure
- Vehicle and dealer schema markup
- Sitemap, robots and whether AI crawlers are let in
- Google Business Profile completeness
- Stop 02
The tap
A phone, one bar of signal, somebody standing in a competitor's lot.
- PageSpeed on mobile and desktop
- LCP, CLS and INP from Google's real-user data
- Seconds until the first vehicle photo actually appears
- Image weight across the site
- Third-party scripts dragging every page down
- Stop 03
The search
They go looking for the unit they saw — or something close to it.
- Inventory page speed with your real vehicle count
- Filters, sort and whether keyword search works
- Taps between landing and a monthly payment
- Sold units still sitting in the results
- How the list behaves on a phone
- Stop 04
The vehicle page
This is the page that sells the car. Everything else is a hallway.
- Photo count on every live unit, by VIN
- Missing price, mileage, options or description
- Where the call and form buttons sit on a phone
- Payment, trade and pre-approval tools in reach
- Whether the page tells Google what vehicle it is
- Stop 05
The reach-out
They've decided. Now they have to get hold of you.
- Form length, field types and mobile keyboards
- Call, text and directions within a thumb's reach
- Finance application and trade-in flow
- Hours, staff, reviews and real photos of the store
- What happens after they hit submit
- Stop 06
The record
The lead either lands in your reporting or quietly evaporates.
- GA4 install, duplicates and misfires
- Whether form submits and calls fire any event at all
- Google Ads and Meta pixel coverage
- Call tracking and phone number consistency
- Consent and cookie handling
The part most audits skip
We open your vehicle pages. All of them.
A marketing audit looks at your homepage and calls it a day. Your homepage doesn't sell cars — your vehicle pages do, and that's where we spend the time.
We pull your live feed and go unit by unit: how many photos each one carries, which are missing a price or a mileage, which are still advertising something you sold three weeks ago. Then we hand you the list, by VIN, so your team can work it on a Tuesday morning without guessing.
- Photo counts across every live unit, not a sample
- Missing price, mileage, options and descriptions
- Stale units still listed after they've sold
- How your depth compares to the stores near you

Every finding is tagged
Some of this is yours to fix. Some of it isn't.
Half of what we find on a dealer's site isn't the dealer's fault — it's baked into the platform they rent. Knowing which is which turns a vague complaint into a specific ticket.
Yours
Photos, descriptions, pricing, hours, staff, how fast you answer a lead. Things your team can move on this week without asking anyone's permission.
Your provider's
Page speed, templates, schema, mobile layout, tracking that was never wired up. Take this list to whoever builds your site — it's what you already pay them for.
Nobody's
Plenty of what we check comes back fine. We say so and move on rather than padding the list to make the report look worth more.
We stay out of your ad accounts. Getting read access to your spend isn't something we should be asking for on a free audit — if that's where your problem is, we'll say so and point you at someone who does it well.
How it goes
A URL from you. Two days from us. One call together.
No dashboard login, no discovery questionnaire, no waiting on a proposal. You give us an address and we go look.
You send the URL.
One field that actually matters. Everything else on the form is optional, including the competitors you want scored next to you.
We do the walkaround.
Our own tooling runs the checks and pulls your live inventory. Then a person reads every finding, throws out the noise, and grades the six areas. Two business days in most cases.
We walk it with you.
Twenty to thirty minutes with the report open in front of both of us: what's broken, what it's costing, what we'd fix first. The link stays yours to keep and forward.
Straight answer
So what's the catch?
There isn't one, but there is a reason. We build dealership websites for a living, and the honest fastest way to show a dealer why they'd move is to show them what's wrong with what they've got. So we do the work first and let the report make the argument.
Some of the stores we do this for end up hiring us. A lot don't — they take the list straight to their current provider and get it fixed there, which is a completely fine outcome and means the report did its job. A few find out their site is in decent shape, and we tell them that too. Nobody needs a scorecard that was rigged before we opened the page.
What I'll commit to:
- A person reads every finding before it reaches you. Never a raw tool export with our logo on it.
- Findings are ranked by what they cost you, not by what we happen to sell.
- We won't contact your current website provider unless you ask us to.
- Your information stays with us. We don't sell it, share it or syndicate it.

FAQ
Before you send the URL
What does it cost?
Nothing. There's no card, no contract and no minimum store size. We build dealership websites, so we're hoping some of these turn into work for us — but the report is the same either way, and plenty of dealers take it straight to their current provider instead.
How long until I see it?
Two business days in most cases. You send the URL, we run the checks and grade the six areas, then we reach out to book the walkthrough. If we're backed up we'll give you a date rather than going quiet, and if you're genuinely in a hurry, say so in the form.
What happens on the call?
We open the report together and go through it — what we found, what each issue is costing you in shoppers, and the order we'd fix things in. Twenty to thirty minutes. Bring whoever owns the website; most of the value is in the questions you ask while we're on the page.
Is the call just a pitch in disguise?
It's a walkthrough of your report. If something we found is a thing we build, we'll say so plainly and you can take it or leave it — and a good share of what we find is your current provider's job, which we'll tell you just as plainly. The report is yours regardless.
Do you need access to anything?
No. No CMS login, no analytics account, no ad accounts, and no call to your current provider. Everything we grade is visible from the outside on your live site and your public inventory feed.
I'm on DealerOn, Dealer Car Search, CarsForSale or DealerCenter. Will this tell me anything new?
Those are the platforms we look at most often, and yes. A lot of what comes back will be things your platform controls rather than things you control — the report tags each finding with who can actually fix it, so you know exactly what to hand your rep.
I only have thirty units. Is it worth doing?
Usually more worth it than on a big store. With a small inventory, a handful of thin vehicle pages is a large share of your whole site, so the fixes are cheap and the difference shows up fast. We've graded 25-unit independents and 2,000-unit franchise groups.
What if my website turns out to be fine?
Then we say so and tell you where we'd spend the money instead. We'd rather be the people who told you the truth than sell you a rebuild you didn't need — and a clean report is a useful thing to have in hand next time your provider raises your rate.
Who ends up seeing my information?
Us, and nobody else. We don't sell, share or syndicate it, and we use it to produce your audit and any follow-up you opt into. Ask us to delete it at ethan@dealerforge.ai any time and we will.
Can I request one on a store I don't own?
Yes — dealer groups, consultants and vendors do this to get a second set of eyes. Just tell us in the form so we aim the findings at the right person rather than writing them for an owner who isn't reading it.

Give us an address.
That's the only field that matters. We'll take it from there and come back with something worth reading.
- Confirmation the same day, report inside two business days
- No login, no CMS access, no ad accounts — we work from the outside
